BACKING INDEPENDENT FILMS
Straight off the back of a successful outing at Cannes, Tooth Fairy had a screening last night at the BFI. It is the first time I have seen the completed film although it was a long time in the making. Thwarted by funding being withdrawn and having to start all over again. The funding received was well spent for the special effects which were brilliant. The production values were impressive. I was very happy with the result. I had the chance to talk with lots of people who were generous with their advice and made some contacts. A productive evening...
